With nearly two decades of experience coaching endurance athletes and firsthand racing experience from 10k to 200-mile trail runs, Kristian’s plans are designed to help you conquer your race with confidence and joy.

The 50K plan begins February 10 and the 25K plan begins March 10

Participants will receive an email from Coach Kristian with login access to a detailed plan via Training Peaks every 4 weeks.
