Our training plans are expertly crafted by Run Comfy Numb’s Race Director, Kristian Manietta. With nearly two decades of experience coaching endurance athletes and firsthand racing experience from 10k to 200-mile trail runs, Kristian’s plans are designed to help you conquer your race with confidence and joy.
Choose from plans tailored for both beginner trail runners and seasoned racers. Whether you’re new to trail running and aiming to complete the Run Comfy Numb 25k or 50k, or an experienced runner ready to elevate your results, we have a structured plan to guide you.

The 50K plan begins February 10 and the 25K plan begins March 10.
Participants will receive an email from Coach Kristian with login access to a detailed plan via Training Peaks every 4 weeks.
