All plans come with;
The 50K plan begins February 19 and the 25K plan begins March 18. Participants will receive an email from Coach Kristian with login access to a detailed plan via Training Peaks every 4 weeks.
* We also give you free additional access to our 8 Week Run Anything Preparation plan which will lay the important aerobic and soft tissue foundations over winter.
