Race Roster Service fees now included in displayed pricing. 

We have shifted our pricing model to reflect a new Canadian law requiring mandatory fees and charges to be part of displayed prices.

The immediate change results in up-front pricing that appears higher than before because fees from our registration platform, Race Roster, are now included in that displayed price. It is important to know that these Race Roster fees have not changed or increased for Run Comfy Numb.

Race Roster is an integral part of our ability to deliver Run Comfy Numb to you. Fees have included necessary transactional components such as credit card processing, but also critical event services that add value to your race.

What you need to know:

  • These fees have not changed with this update and will not affect standard totals in registration checkout.
  • Race Roster fees have not changed or increased for Endurance Specific Events in recent years.
  • Displayed prices do not include any applicable Canadian taxes, which will still be charged in addition during checkout.
  • This updated fees-included pricing also applies to the additional products you purchase during registration or through our Race Roster store.

Train with the Course Expert and Reach Your Best

Our custom Run Comfy Numb training plans are crafted by your race director, Kristian Manietta, who has been coaching endurance athletes since 2006 and has tackled trail races from 10K to 200 miles.

Each plan is structured to help you not just complete the race, but truly enjoy it, with course-specific insights and tips for success on the Run Comfy Numb trails.

Training Plan Highlights:

  • 50K Plan starts Feb 10 | 25K Plan starts Mar 10
  • Receive a detailed, easy-to-follow plan every 4 weeks via Training Peaks.
  • Beginner plans to help new trail runners build confidence, plus advanced options for seasoned racers aiming to level up.

  • Strength & Recovery: Video-guided strength sessions, recovery tips, and body maintenance guidance

ENDURANCE SPECIFIC EVENT POLICIES

  • There are absolutely no refunds, deferrals, or credits issued by ENDURANCE SPECIFIC EVENTS (XTERRA Whistler, XTERRA Pemberton Trail Run, Run Comfy Numb Trail Race) if you cancel your entry for any reason. Please don’t Ask. 

  • You can not defer your race entry to a future year. 

  • You CAN transfer your entry to another person via the transfer link on the registration page (link). There will be a $5 admin fee. Transfers MUST be done by midnight May 24 (1 weeks out from race day).

  • There are no waitlists.

  • You can move down in distance until midnight May 24.

  • No credit or refund for the difference in price if you decide to move down in distance.

  • You can move up a distance until midnight May 24.

  • If you want to move up in distance you will have to pay the price difference at the current registration rate. 

  • Refunds can ONLY be processed for anyone who selects the optional Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program during registration. You will have an option to refund through Protecht. Details here.

  • To move up or down in distance or you are dropping out, send us a note via our contact form.
