There are no refunds, deferrals, or credits issued by ENDURANCE SPECIFIC EVENTS (XTERRA Whistler, XTERRA Pemberton Trail Run, Run Comfy Numb Trail Race) if you cancel your entry. 

There are absolutely no refunds for any reason except through insurance (see below). Please buy insurance or be prepared to forfeit registration fees regardless of the reason; for example, Injuries, illness, family emergency, change in plans, travel, life circumstances or pregnancy none of which are eligible outside of pre-purchased insurance. 

Transfers of entry are possible to another person. You can make a transfer yourself by logging into your RaceRoster account and clicking the transfer button on the right side of the registration page. There is a $15 admin fee. All transfers must be done by midnight Friday May 24 – 2 weeks before race day.

There are no exceptions to the above rules. Please don’t ask.

Additional registration protection can be purchased through Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program, which is a refund protection insurance for attendees. For a small premium, purchasers of the refund protection will be refunded the registration cost of a non-refundable, unused registration, less the cost of the Race Roster Registration Refund Protection Program fees. 

*You will be given the opportunity to purchase the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program during registration. 

Endurance Specific Events reserves the right to cancel Run Comfy Numb Trail Race, or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.

In the case of event cancellation by Endurance Specific Events, no refunds will be available. 

For cancellations more than 2 months before the event, entries will be transferred to the next available date that the event is able to operate.

If canceled less than 2 months before the event, transfers may not be offered.

Mid-race cancellations are not eligible for race credit, transfer or refunds due to the high cost of organizing these kinds of events. 

Please understand that organising these events is expensive. We simply cannot afford to offer refunds after we’ve already spent the money needed to put on this event.

• There are no waitlists.

• You can move down in distance until (1 week out) 

• No credit or refund for the difference in price if you decide to move down in distance.

• You can move up a distance until (1 week out?)

• If you want to move up in distance you will have to pay the price difference at the current registration rate. 

• Refunds can ONLY be processed for anyone who selects the optional Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program. You will have an option to refund through Protecht. Details here.
