IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Once again, thanks for signing up for Run Comfy Numb and now grabbing one of our training plans.

The plans begin March 10, so we need to get you all set up pretty much immediately! 

Your Run Comfy Numb Training Plan will be loaded into the Training Peaks app as soon as you have done the below. I do have some manual handling to do, but everything will be in your account by Monday (Monday is a non run day, so Tuesday will be your first training day on the plan).

You will be able to access online via a web browser or on your phone using the Training Peaks app.

Next Steps:

Step 1. Sign up for a FREE Training Peaks account and add me as your coach.

If you have a Training Peaks account already. All you need to do is click this link:

It will add you to my coaching account so I can get you set up.

If you do not have a Training Peaks account. You can get a free one here:

Once you have that set up, you’ll need to go to the first link above and click on it to add you to my coaching account.

Once that is done I’ll see you in my coached account and will be able to apply the training plan to your account when the time comes.

Step 2. Now I also need you to choose the plan level you want.

Novice/Beginner or Experienced Trail Runner. Please fill that in here

On top of the plans, you’ll be sent all the resources that go along with the plan so that no stones are left unturned and you can show up on race day ready to rock.
